Another Heart Art

I was headed out to the craft store this morning to purchase a heart punch and some pretty paper.  I thought I would google "shadowbox heart art" and I came up with many finds.  However, I really like this one and it uses paint chips instead of decorative paper.  So I'm adding Home Depot and Lowe's on my shopping adventure today.

I know these things are free; but I wonder how many you can take out of the store without it looking like you are a crazed hoarder person?

I have plenty of these glue dot thingies... so I don't even have to purchase them.

Now she placed her's on canvas.  I would prefer it under glass because of dust collecting on the paper.  I thought she had a pretty creative idea.  

Anyway, I'm still googling ideas.  So far no one mentions how they get them on so straight.  And being perfectly lined up would be an essential key.
