Calzone Monday

Since I went to a doctor and a dentist appointment this afternoon, I wanted something quick for dinner. Earlier I had shopped at Trader Joe's and picked up some of their ready made pizza dough.

Wow... the calzones were perfect. Above is my husband's version. He used purple onions, black olives, green peppers, mushrooms, cheese. Mine was my favorite: banana pepper rings, green olives and purple onions. And boychild only wanted pepperoni and cheese.

I topped them over with a roasted garlic Marinara sauce.
