Dinner Tonight - A Tribute to Italy
Hubby has to work this weekend. Tonight I wanted to make something that would fill him up and give him leftovers to take.
So.. I made a Tuscan Garlic & Basil Pasta Salad, Prosciutto & Fried Garlic slivers on top of Haricot Vert (french green beans) and Parmesan encrusted chicken breasts.

It was so filling.... I couldn't eat it all. I have this thing for Parmesan cheese. I love it fried or baked to a crispy crisp. And I love prosciutto fried... so salty.
