Alex Birthday Party

This was an odd year. Alex didn't want any party decorations or a theme. And at the last minute he requested a yellow cake... and not cupcakes which I ordered. We were able to get a cake last minute...and we went to my parent's house to celebrate.



Grandma C was able to attend... and she even baked Alex an apple pie. He is saving the apple pie until Sunday. We all wanted a piece last night ... but Alex is holding out and eating birthday cake instead.
