Christmas Tea by Miss Audrey
Little Miss Audrey, my 7 year old niece, gave me a beautiful Christmas china cup and saucer with a little gold spoon for Christmas. It also came with some Christmas spice tea.
Last week, when Audrey spent a few days with me, she asked me one evening if I was going to remember to drink that tea. But one thing led to another, and we just never got around to making the tea.
So Little Miss Audrey, I want you to see what I had for breakfast this morning. I baked some Chocolate Chip Muffins and Blueberry Muffins and I made some of that Christmas tea. The tea was great... and I love the gift that you gave me. Every time I use this cup and saucer I'll think about you and how sweet you were to give this to me.
