New Recipe - Pan-Grilled Chicken with Cranberry Salsa
I discovered a new recipe at Cooking Light. I love cranberries... and thought I would give it a try.

I thought it was really good. I love cranberries and limes and onions. Even boychild ate some of it... although I don't think he really liked it. He stated that the only cranberries he enjoys is when it is in muffins.
