Happy Birthday America
Okay... I'm a day late in posting our 4th of July breakfast. It has become a tradition to serve blueberry scones (yummy recipe found in Tyler Florence's cookbook).
This year I decorated with sparklies I found at Pier 1 and then sparkler candles that didn't really sparkle.
Also... my sister, Melinda, is having a birthday today (the 5th of July). Please stop over to her blog: http://takeaslowbreath.blogspot.com/ to wish her a Happy Birthday. Of course, she's not as old as "America" (hehehe)... but it is a BIG celebration year (wink, wink) if you catch my drift.
