Yum Yum Cobb

We seem to be eating salad every night. Gary is going through his "vegan" stage although he will sink his teeth into some juicy tender meat (and I'm not talking about me). Boychild however is tired with the salad trip... so when he went to Frickers on Tuesday night for "wing night" I fixed a large Cobb salad for Hubby and Me.

It was yummy...

I do need to break down and buy some vegetarian cookbooks... because I'm sure in another month; I'm going to be tired of eating salads.....
