Calgon Take Me Away

My first apartment had a claw footed bathtub. I loved coming home from work knowing that bathtub awaited me. I loved to take long bubble baths, listening to classical music, burning candles and reading a Cosmo magazine or a book. Although I didn't have a shower, I made the baths on Sunday last a long time. I normally ran out of water.

I miss that claw footed tub. Now I rarely take a bath. I don't like the modern tub. It's not as deep and not as comfy. But one day I'll have a claw footed tub. And hopefully I won't be so old that I can't climb inside.
