Captain Crunch Chicken -- Oh Yea!

Today on "The Chew" they were talking about comfort foods.  Two comfort foods popped into my mind:  One Grandma's Chicken and Noodles (the best in the entire world) and my Hubby's Captain Crunch Chicken.

And guess what, Hubby made Captain Crunch Chicken tonight.  I love it with rice and soy sauce on the side.  You have the sweet from the Captain Crunch and the salty from the soy sauce.  A match just made for each other:
