Orecchiette with Sausage and Roasted Peppers

So I tried a new recipe for dinner last night.  A recipe I found on Martha Stewart's website.  I had to go to three stores before I found a box of orecchiette.  But persistent pays off.


I had to roast 4 peppers; but of course Martha had an easy way to do that.  I used red, orange and yellow peppers - a slight deviation from the recipe.

And the end results were very, very good.  Alex, a very picky child, had three helpings of it.  Of course he did pick out every pepper.
