March 1st --- And It's Still Snowing

I thought March enters in like either a lion or a lamb.  But it seems to be arriving like an an abominable snow monster.

I'm so ready for Spring, for the melting of all the snow, for the arrival of spring flowers and for warm weather.  I do realize we were lucky.  We didn't get as much snow as other parts of the US but the snow has been on the ground for several months and I'm ready to let it go.

Since I'm snowbound (I have a shoulder injury at the moment) I'll be making chicken and noodles, something hardy on a good day.  More snow is forecasted later today and then some freezing rain.   I really hate the freezing rain.
