A Welcoming Tree

I love this time of year and realize how quickly it will pass.  One of the things I enjoy is coming up, turning into the road that leads to my house and passing all these beautiful colorful trees along the way.

This is what greeted me tonight.  Our little road is lined with these trees and they are all so colorful right now.  But did you notice all the leaves laying around?  This display won't last for too long.

My goal is to take a photo of this tree when the lamp comes on.  I think that would make a lovely card for me to use at Thanksgiving.
