Guided Meditation - Deep Relaxation ©
Day 3 of my Meditation Challenge. I used this guided meditation tonight when I came home from work and before dinner. I must say I enjoyed the results.
Hubby is also making our evening meal which will actually be pancakes and bacon and all those breakfast fixings (which we never get to eat as we rush off to work and school).
