Guided Meditation - Deep Relaxation ©

Day 3 of my Meditation Challenge. I used this guided meditation tonight when I came home from work and before dinner. I must say I enjoyed the results.

Hubby is also making our evening meal which will actually be pancakes and bacon and all those breakfast fixings (which we never get to eat as we rush off to work and school).

It's nice to have breakfast at supper time now and then.
Me again. I just listened to this recording and it was marvelous. I appreciated all the elements: water, soft music, nice narrative tone and the (hypnotherapy-like) countdown to total relaxation. Thank you so much for sharing this with me tonight. Blessings!

Oooh, I'm needing a bit of assistance with rest this morning...stayed up too late last night and paying this morning! So your little gift here should help me shift into a late morning nap (going to bed after midnight and waking up at 5:15...not a good combo!)
