A Slab of Heaven .... Oink .... Oink!!

Well after listening to an afternoon of jazz and smelling the roasting pork... I swear I was down in New Orleans y'all.

Tonight I didn't make the more traditional mustard barbeque sauce, instead the sweet and smokey barbeque sauce. Normally we eat it as a sandwich, along side some spicy coleslaw... but tonight we just ate us a hunk of meat. It's very tasty this way along with some dirty rice.
