Mother's Day - 2007

We just got home from my parent's home in Brookville. Hubby is now at work, and boychild is resting in his room. Audrey and Noah wear him out as they love to use him as a "jungle jim".

I happened to come across Noah and Audrey as they were talking privately to each other.

A robin has built in a nest on my parent's patio. She faithfully guarded her young ones... mindfully watching the antics of the people outside.

Dad put food out for a young raccoon. After dinner she had to get a refreshing drink... and I think to wipe her whiskers clean.

Mother's Day was nice this year. I was happy that my Grandmother C was able to attend. Don't you think both my Grandmother and my Mother are beautiful?

Oh... and I now hold the official Lincoln record of being able to place 10 stale and hard marshmallows in my mouth:
