I saw this video over at Tongue in Cheek. I do believe I want to go to pastry school and perhaps stay after class for some "hands-on" training.

I agree though, some after school training would be nice!!

hahaha...wouldn't it be something if hot well-built men did wear only aprons to cook in and serve in? hahaha
