Cabbage Roll Soup

A group of friends and I went to Ladder 11 one day for lunch.  They had cabbage roll soup.  It was good, very, very good.  So I went searching on the internet trying to find a recipe.

I tried one tonight.  This was the result.

The soup was good, but nothing like what I had at Ladder 11.  So the search is still one.  

Here's the link to the soup recipe I used, very some variation.  I also used 1 cup of tomato juice; 2 cups of shredded cabbage and 2 Tablespoons of sugar.  Gary loved it; I liked it and Alex said "this is not for me".
